Our Rooms
Rooms. . .
We have 5 bedrooms of differing configurations and aspects, so we are sure we will have something for most needs.
Our 2 newest rooms Swaledale & Wensleydale can be configured as doubles (6ft king sized bed) or twins ( 2 x 3 ft singles) and have fantastic new en suite facilities plus seperate seating areas with TV & DVD player.

Wharfedale
We have 2 standard double rooms, both with en-suite facilities.
Wharfedale is on the ground floor with easy access.
This has a full bathroom, a separate dressing area and is also our ‘pet friendly’ room. This is another room to benefit from the attention of Sheila and her decorators recently, complete with flat screen TV/DVD player and is of course very popular with our guest who find climbing the stairs too much bother.
Malhamdale has recently under gone a complete transformation. The roof above has been totally refurbished and whilst that was been undertaken we took the opportunity to vault the ceiling, build a new dressing table into the chimney and give the ensuite facilites a complete overhaul. With fabulous views over Malhamdale itself, this have proved to be one of our most popular rooms with regular guests.
New Malhamdale
Littondale is our new ‘concept room’ modelled on sleeping compartments from such as the Orient Express. Wood panelling, curtained bunks and brass fittings give it a really authentic feel of railway luxury from days gone by. It also now has an en-suite shower room behind the ‘compartment’ doors.
Luxurious Littondale
All bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV & DVD player and hairdryer.
The dining room is on the ground floor adjoining the sunroom packed with books, games and things to amuse. Evening meals as well as breakfast are available 2011 A dinner menu.
The residents’ lounge is a fantastic airy room with large south facing windows looking onto the old platform area and a log burning stove to keep out the winter chill.
