Deposit Policy

New guests to Tudor House are asked for a none refundable deposit equivalent to the first nights stay of any booking.

A cancellation on the day of arrival or a “no show” will result in the forfeit of the total cost of the booking.

Returning guests will not be asked for a deposit, but of course we ask as much notice as possible if your plans change.

Please note we only accept cheques if they are received at least two weeks before you arrive and we do charge a £5 handling and admin fee.

For new guests who book our “Orient Express” sleeper compartment twin we will hold off taking the deposit for 24 hours after booking and e mail them with confirmation of the room they have booked. If we do not get a response to this notification we will take the none refundable deposit.

N.B.  Over Bank Holiday weekends we ask a minimum of a 3 night booking unless rooms are only available for 2 nights. Please call if you are unsure.
