We try not to make this too complicated…

So, we start with a basic charge of £75 per room per night for bed & breakfast based on 2 sharing in a standard double or twin.

The cost of a deluxe double/twin is £85 on the same basis. You tell us how you want the room configured.

For single occupancy of a room, we charge a £10 supplement per night except for Littondale where no supplement is charged.

However!

If you want to stay 3 or more nights the price reduces by £2.50 per person per night.

If you care to stay with us for a week (seven nights) we will only charge you for six.

Children under 2 are welcome and stay free of charge if you provide cot/suitable bedding.
We can supply a cot at a charge of £5 per night.

Children aged 2 – 12 receive 50% discount if staying in the same room or 25% discount if occupying his or her own room (plus single occupancy supplement if applicable).

Please note that from 1st January 2012 we will only accept one night bookings by prior arrangement and this will usually be only if we have them available for one night only.

DEPOSIT – new guests to Tudor House are asked for a deposit equivalent to the first nights stay of any booking. This is refundable if the booking is cancelled up to the day before expected arrival, with a  £20 deduction to cover administration time & cost. A cancellation on the day of arrival or a “no show” will result in the forfeit of all the deposit.
